About Us
Globalization and Sustainability
Globalis, a trusted name in certification services for quality and reliability, has taken a significant sustainability step to offset its carbon footprint resulting from its 2024 corporate activities. In collaboration with cOmmited, Turkey's first tourism-focused carbon emission prevention and offsetting organization, Globalis has documented its voluntary carbon reduction support of 20 tons with internationally accredited carbon certificates.
Collaborations and Application Areas
Commited is spreading the culture of carbon offsetting through its collaborations with various sectors. For example, Corendon Airlines passengers can make their flights carbon neutral by purchasing carbon credits during ticketing. This application provides passengers with a tangible certificate documenting their contribution to the environment.

What is Carbon Footprint?
Carbon footprint refers to the total amount of greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere as a result of the activities of individuals, businesses, or products. It is usually measured in carbon dioxide equivalent (CO₂e). Energy use, transportation, production processes, and daily consumption habits contribute to the formation of a carbon footprint.
